Christmas morning was pretty much wonderful.
The kids are at great ages for Christmas, and they made it so magical and fun.
Plus is SNOWED! Seriously the most beautiful Christmas morning I ever did see!
As the snow fell outside, inside we had christmas music, my favorite cider candle, french toast, bacon, hot chocolate with marshmallows, and lounging around in our PJ's just being together.
Ahhhhhhhhh it was just so warm and cozy!
It brings back such good memories of Christmas mornings growing up.
It's so surreal to be experiencing those things with my own children now.
A little later on, we visited both Grandmas' houses and finally made it home that night completely full, happy and exhausted.
Hooray for another Christmas come and gone.
As wonderful as it was, I'm ready to clean it all up now and get ready to start fresh with a new year.
Besides, heaven knows it'll all be back again before we know it!

Marie, it looks and sounds like you had just a wonderful, warm, cozy, and satisfying Christmas Day. We are happy if the children like the pirate ship. It needs some good playing with--grandpa wore himself out on it quickly!
