goodbye summer nights

Fall is fast approaching, which means we are soaking up the last of these warm evenings before the cold officially arrives. Whether at a park, or just in the front yard, one of my most favorite things to do with our little fam is spend our time outside as a family during the warm summer nights.  It is now October but it has still been quite hot, so luckily we've been able to continue heading out to parks to enjoy the good weather.

(^^I wish you could hear Willy's giggles in this picture.  Being strapped to me as I swung was apparently the coolest thing ever, judging by his adorable little laughs.)

It's always a little sad to say goodbye to my warm summer nights, but fall truly is the beginning of my most favorite part of the year.  The yummy crisp weather is inching closer and closer and I am excited!  The colors on the mountains are just screaming at me to go buy some caramel apples.
